le plaisir de la pêche

I can't get enough of this song and this lovely Village! Le plaisir de la pêche means the pleasure of fishing and it's that one special sound to me... because as soon as I'm listening to it, it brings me back to this amazing spot! So it's no wonder that I was listening to it on repeat while I was editing these photos I've taken in the charming Vallon des Auffes! :D

Marseille, you're so stunning! I never thought I would fall so much in love with this city! And for me, there was no better time than winter to explore this pretty place in the South of France. Not only there are less tourists but also you aren't melting down like chocolate in the hot sun. :D Lucky enough, we had a lot of sun and there was no cloud in the sky. It might made you think that there are warm temperatures but don't be fooled, the mistral is really strong and cold!

So, with a big scarf you're totally ready to discover all the diversities of Marseille :) The Vallon des Auffes, which was a recommendation from someone at the hostel, was our first stop. It's not only the perfect place to take a lot of pictures, but as well a little traditional fishing haven with more than 50 fishing cabins and some really nice restaurants! Don't miss it if you're like me a fan of good fish and an authentic surrounding!
